These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and the ordering purchase, fulfilment, and delivery of products from marriedtothesea.com.au. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

These terms and conditions contain important information about ordering, processing, fulfilment and delivery of goods or services from this website. Married to the Sea Ceramics is registered for GST and shipping is calculated based on cart total and includes GST.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Please note that all orders are made by hand so if products are not in stock at the time of purchace please allow 2- 3 weeks. If your order is urgent please email and we will see what we can organise,

DELIVERY POLICY

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Single orders within Australia are charged at a flat rate starting at $15.95. The unit postage rate is reduced for multiple purchases. If you would like to purchase express or international shipping please contact me at info@marriedtothesea.com.au. We are not responsible for any tax or duties that may be incurred on international orders.

 

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Any returns or refunds are at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our postal address in its original undamaged condition.

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.
